उपनिषदों की कथाएं ( Upnishadon ki kathayen )

आर्य समाज में उपनिषदों को सदा ही आदर मिलता रहा है । ऋषि दयानंद ने अपने ग्रंथों में उपनिषदों के शतशः उद्धरण दिए हैं तथा अपने दार्शनिक मत की पुष्टि में उन्हें भूरीशः उद्धृत किया है । उपनिषत्कार प्रायः अपने सिद्धांतों को स्पष्ट करने के लिए विभिन्न आख्यानों और कथाओं का सहारा लेते हैं । इन आख्यानों और कथाओं के द्वारा अध्यात्म जैसे गूढ़ विषय को स्पष्ट , सरल तथा बोधगम्य बनाने का उपनिषद् निर्माता ऋषियों का यह प्रयास निश्चय ही श्लाघनीय था ।

आवश्यक कथाओं की यह सुबोध व्याख्या उपनिषद्गत अध्यात्म में रुचि रखने वाले पाठकों के लिए प्रस्तुत है ।

The Upnishads are Vedanta , a book of knowledge in higher degree even than the VEDAS . In the present work , the author has selected the well known dialogues and parables from the Upnishads ; narrated and have tried to be as close to the original as possible , retaining the beauty of the original composition .

Each phrase has something interesting and instructive . Each dialogue deals with some of the mysteries unfolded .
